These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the game Nanima: Curse of Kalavati (the “Game”) and this website (the “Site”), both provided by Nimit Walia Productions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, purchasing, or playing the Game, or by using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. License to play
Subject to these Terms and to the terms of the platform you purchase through, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You do not own the Game; you own a license to use it.
2. Purchases & platforms
The Game is distributed through third-party platforms such as Steam, the Apple App Store, and Google Play. All purchases, payments, refunds, and downloads are handled by those platforms under their terms and refund policies. Your use of each platform is also subject to that platform’s agreements.
3. Advertising
The mobile version of the Game displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the mobile Game you consent to the display of ads. Ad-related data collection is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
The Game and the Site — including all characters, artwork, music, audio, story, code, the “Nanima” name, logos, and other content — are owned by Nimit Walia Productions and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.
5. Content creation (Let’s Plays & streaming)
We love seeing the Game played. You are welcome to record, stream, and publish videos and screenshots of the Game on platforms such as YouTube and Twitch, including monetized content, provided it is your own original commentary or creative work and is not presented as an official product of Nimit Walia Productions. You may not redistribute the Game’s files, assets, or soundtrack on their own.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Game or its assets;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or assets, except where the law expressly permits;
- circumvent technical protections, or use cheats or mods to harm other users or our services;
- use our names, logos, or artwork in a way that implies endorsement without permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Game and Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimit Walia Productions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game or Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Game.
9. Changes to the Game and Terms
We may update, patch, or discontinue features of the Game, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where local consumer-protection law gives you other rights.
